How to add a packaging or service charge?

This can be done via the Business Dashboard using the Charges option under Online Ordering.
Follow the steps given below:

1. Select Charges under Online Ordering on the dashboard navigation list.
   
2. To add a charge, click the Add Charge button on the top right.
3.  Enter the Charge Information, start with the Name.
   Choose the Type of charge, between packaging and service. 
   In case of packaging choose the apply the charge specifically on an Item, Category or Item Sub-Total.
   In case of Items and Category, select the same. 
   Choose the Amount Type, between Fixed and Percentage and enter the corresponding Value.
   
4. Proceed to submit.
