How to change the parameters for customer segments?

This can be done via the Business Dashboard using Customer Settings under Customers.

1. Select Customers from the dashboard navigation list.


2. Select Customer Settings from the top right corner of the dashboard.


3.  Here, you can update the parameters for the different Customer Segments.

4. Once done, you can proceed and Update Settings.

To update the parameters for customer segments, visit the 'Customers' page on the merchant dashboard and select the 'Customer Settings' CTA on the top-right of the page.
